KATRINA
Most would describe me as a yoga teacher, accredited NLP Life Coach, soulful business mentor, rebellious daughter, cool auntie, painfully shy and introverted, and space holder legend. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.
Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.

MY STORY
The daughter of strict well-meaning parents, I grew up thinking that I had only one choice in life. Go to school, get a good job, and build a stable life for myself through hard work. While this laser focus led me to a busy & successful freelance schedule, it didn't leave me with the freedom to live on my own terms.
After realising I was too young to feel stuck, I walked away from it all (with the help of the pandemic!) and embarked on the ultimate journey of self-discovery. And I learned that once you step into who you really are, there's no going back.
I've had my share of busy schedules, spending 12 hours in studios as a professional contemporary dancer, teaching 20 yoga classes a week while being a part-time barista only to miss out on social events or family milestone I wanted to be a part of and constantly thinking whether I'll ever pay off my mortgage.
When the pandemic hit, I went from having a full-time salary as a yoga teacher to £0 overnight.
It forced me to start my business.
I wish I can tell you that it was an overnight success, but it wasn't.
Year 1 in business I only made £3K in profit.
Year 2, I matched my full-time salary by coaching online, selling macrame plant hangers, and teaching yoga.
Year 3, I doubled my income, had an £8K week selling online offers I'm in love with (it was my first quantum leap), but I was burnt out.
Year 4, I decided to go ALL in in my business, break the rules, and do it MY way. I didn't hit my goal of £100K but my 1:1 was sold out, I have clients that stay in my world for 2+ years, I was traveling every month, I'm obsessed with my offers, and selling felt easy. I invested in my highest mentorship and surround myself with empowered business owners, and most importantly I have been the happiest. And honestly, it just feels RIGHT. This is what I'm meant to do.
This happened not because of some secret strategy... my success is down to deciding who I want to become from DAY 1 and showing up every single day as that person no matter what.
